3D printing is set to be the next revolution in healthcare. 3D printed patient specific anatomical models are being used in hospitals around the world, to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes, to enhance medical education and significantly reduce theatre costs. Medtech3d aims to ensure that the South African and African healthcare systems are a part of this transformation in medicine, by providing premium medical 3D printing at affordable rates and within our local hospitals.

Medtech3d was founded by Dipika Maharaj, a Chemical engineer with years of experience in the corporate world. Medtech3D was born from Dipika’s ambition to combine her technical capabilities with her passion for the medical field and community service.
